Support BEUMER Group in the Middle East on project Controlling for the Airport / Logistics / Product Business and Customer Support Divisions.
Actively manages the projects in your portfolio by monitoring and controlling in close contact with Project Managers and Team (Actual Costs / Forecast / Analysis of deviations) including:
Project Creation and Closeout
Project Monitoring and Maintenance
Estimate to Complete and Margin Forecasting
Risk Monitoring
Revenue Recognition
Monthly invoicing
Understanding of Cash management / Trade finance / Forex / BOQ's / GRNI / Commercial / Invoicing and Accounts Receivable at project level and at company level.
Lead the project Controlling team in effectively managing projects with smaller dimension
Demonstrate a collaborative environment across business enablement and leading communications with leadership on risk assessment and notify management of financial risks
Develop a strong working relationship with Business Controllers, PMs, and Senior Business Leadership
Support monthly closing procedures and consolidation of forecasts per division.
Support special projects that require working with cross-functional teams to solve business issues
Support the team on Claims Management
Intercompany trading rules
Follow BEUMER Group financial principles
Understanding of project execution and stage gate model (BEUMER Group approach to Project Management
Lead the project Controlling team to continue accurate and on time reporting for BEUMER Group Middle East project's portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent qualification
Min. 5 years relevant business experience in comparable position within complex integration projects
PMP is a plus

Knows how to manage and prioritize the tasks and be able to work on several projects and issues simultaneously.
Having excellent communication skills and ability to organize and lead meetings with internal stakeholders as well as clients and suppliers and support the regions in controlling.
Having a structured and analytical approach to work and a good sense of detail.
Having relevant experience in complex integration projects and able to see the \'bigger picture\' when several parties interact within a confined building site.
Speak and write English fluently.
Thrives in an international environment and can build good relationships with his / her stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in utilizing RPA / Business Intelligence tools in financial reporting will be an added value.
