Senior Project Control Engineer (process)

Job Description

To review engineering design drawings, PFD, P&ID, HMB and check the equipment specifications for ongoing and upcoming engineering projects.

Continuously monitor and review the project schedules to ensure project activities are implemented in a cost effective and timely manner.

Responsible for the effective planning, coordination, supervision and execution of engineering project related activities with Contractor and work sites.

Prepare bid documents, participate in tender evaluations and technical clarification meetings and clarify issues pertaining to tendering process with Contractors for the project

Manage, monitor and interpret the contract and design documents. To analyse the priority of activities and ensure timely completion of tasks as per defined procedures and standards

To support the development, documentation and communication of proper standard guidelines to relevant stakeholders and monitor their adherence to carry out the work on time.

Assist the Group Head for the execution of project within the approved budgetary limits and monitor the actual expenditure against the budget plan.

Provide effective leadership to build the project team and setting individual objectives, for the development, motivation and performance improvement of subordinates to maximize the project performance.

Requirements

10 year experience major EPC project and 05 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Projects as a Senior Project Control Engineer
