In the role of Senior Architect, we\'ll count on you to: The BES Area Lead will be primarily focused on building a BES team to pursue and deliver work in the local markets. This person will coordinate with the staff, key internal stake holders and external clients. - Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative and sustainable design solutions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
- Utilize your expertise in Revit for the development of architectural plans and models
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Foster client relationships and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree (not Science) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software
- Strong design, technical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus
- Architectural registration (RA) or pursuit of registration is preferred
