The purpose of this role is to provide support to programmatic trading team in delivering solutions that deliver client objectives whilst meeting our business objectives and financial targets.Job Title: Senior Programmatic Trader :Key responsibilities are :
Leading on the planning, execution and management of programmatic campaigns on DSPs (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently, and in support of Campaign Managers Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
Delivering outstanding campaign performance, providing recommendations to the clients based on a deep analysis of campaign
Work closely with the Senior Strategist and Planner/Buyer to develop programmatic strategies for digital campaigns against client KPIs.
Provide top level and deep insight reporting and analysis for clients and senior team. Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
Plan and implement conversion and segmentation pixel strategies
Gain insight and master the usage of 1st and 3rd party audience data
Provide feedback and suggest improvements to current workflow and processes
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years experience in similar capacity working on at least 2 of the following DSPs: DV360, Mediamath, Trade Desk, Amobee, Amazon.
Ad Operations experience with strong working knowledge of campaign manager (DCO and Audience Management)
Experience in setting up dynamic campaigns
Proven ability to problem solve technical issues with both creative and programmatic delivery
You know what a DMP is and have ideally worked with one of the major players
You have bought different types of creative programmatically (Mobile, Video, Rich Media etc.) and know how to best optimize each buy
First-class analytical skills: mathematics or statistics background
Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
