DESCRIPTIONAmazon MENA Product team is seeking a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented and driven Product Manager who will define and own the end-to-end CX for a new shopping experience tailored to a specific customer need.We expect the Senior Product Manager to be a tenured a product manager with experience delivering customer facing experiences. An ideal candidate will be fluent with product design & technology, can solve complex customer problems and influence stakeholders. The candidate must be an effective leader and communicator to be able to work with many internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with good customer and business understanding and demonstrate a high level of ownership, bias for action and customer obsession.Key job responsibilities
Envision customer experience, collaborate with Product, Technology, Program and Design teams, influence several worldwide and local partners to land the desired CX for our customers.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dubai, AREBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- 1+ year of product management experience in managing CX areas on-sitePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Master\'s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of product management experience in managing CX areas on-site
