About the Team
Intent Labs is a cutting-edge initiative focused on acquiring new customers through the intelligent analysis of user intent.
Our sophisticated platform strategically procures from multiple traffic sources, delivering tailored engagement experiences to each unique user in real-time, and dynamically selecting the most pertinent ads to showcase.
The platform continually optimizes the user journey based on current and past user interactions, maximizing revenue generation and user experience. To empower all this decision-making, we are working with terabytes of data and building prediction models over the same.
Entire data and serving infrastructure is managed on GCP, ingesting billions of events and integrating cost and revenue data from hundreds of our partners.
Responsibilities
a. Product Strategy and Planning
Identify market trends, customer needs, and business objectives through extensive data analysis to shape the product roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including advertisers, business teams, and users, to prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and performance improvement opportunities.
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify emerging techniques and stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
b. AdTech Performance Enhancement Development
Collaborate closely with the adtech engineering team to define and deliver performance enhancement solutions, leveraging analytical skills to identify areas of improvement.
Utilize data analysis techniques to translate performance enhancement requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Ensure seamless integration of performance enhancement features within the adtech ecosystem, while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
c. Product Launch and Performance
Plan and execute successful product launches, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the desired ad performance enhancements.
Continuously identify and analyze patterns and trends in data to proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective messaging and go-to-market strategies, utilizing analytical findings to highlight the achieved performance enhancements.
d. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with advertisers, business teams, and users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and utilize analytical skills to provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing ad performance.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the availability and quality of data required for performance optimization and extensive analysis.
Partner with customer success teams to gather feedback from advertisers and incorporate it into product enhancements, leveraging analytical skills to identify underlying issues and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with other product managers, ad operations, and analytics teams to align efforts and maximize overall ad performance through data-driven and analytically guided solutions.
Who should apply for this role?
BE/B.Tech degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in product management of 5-7 years(plus if within Adtech or digital advertising industry), with a strong emphasis on analytical skills for problem identification and solution finding.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience in an iterative product development environment.
Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational and business challenges & problem solving.
You also keep in touch with technological advancements and understand the impact of new standards on product design & development.
