Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in retail banking to lead the development and management of banking products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector, with expertise in product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management.

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technology, marketing, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for banking products.
- Work closely with digital teams to enhance customer experience and digital adoption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Develop business cases for new product initiatives and present them to senior leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Proven track record in product management, strategy, and development within a banking environment.
- Experience in digital banking, customer experience, and fintech integration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
