Follow: , , ,The Product Manager, Payouts is charged with building our market-leading payout solution. Enabling money transfer across the globe in multiple different currencies and multiple payment rails.Responsibilities:
Lead the Payout product end to end. From backend partner integrations to our client facing API.
Manage end to end delivery of new initiatives within the Payout strategy as well as identifying and executing improvements to current features and processes.
Keep up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends, which will drive product decisions.
Support product commercialization, including proposition development, business case development, stakeholder training and creation of content (marketing collateral).
Define, track and monitor KPIs for Payout product initiatives, and take data-driven decisions.
Communicate your product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviors, to enable you to design and deliver successful Payout product features.
Work collaboratively with software engineering and other relevant stakeholders to define requirements, epics and stories.
Requirements:
3 years of API product management experience with a strong track record working in the world of payments, preferably focused on outgoing payments to suppliers and employees. Having experience in both banking and card rails is an advantage.
Have a good understanding of how money moves locally and globally. Be familiar with the prominent global schemes and entities which are involved.
Good understanding of API products and best practices.
Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to manage multiple relationships, duties and priorities whilst keeping focus.
Organized, self-starter and a real team player.
Strong ability to operate effectively in a technological, demanding and fast paced environment.
Detail-oriented and analytical with a logical approach to problem solving. Energetic, forward-thinking individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
