About the Team: Space Systems and Analytics
1. Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) management system: Coordinate the system requirements of each module in Real Estate and Facilities, plan the system architecture and functions, prioritise classification based on business importance and business occurrence, and gradually promote system launch.
2. Employee side system services: Online RE&F services (such as moving seat selection, workstation reservation, equipment maintenance, workplace information viewing, etc.) to improve employee work efficiency and experience.
3. Data management and analysis: Access company-related system data sources, maintain Real Estate and Facilities data warehouse. Build Real Estate and Facilities data index system. Complete various thematic data analysis and forecasting.
4. Data products: Output customised data products such as reports, dashboards, visualise screens. In order to intuitively present, track, and warn data on topics such as space efficiency, cost, and project schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and designing global real estate system requirements based on company strategy and business needs.
• Closely cooperate with all regions of global real estate to collect, organise and summarise the core business needs, and promote the demand release online.
• Combined with the current system status and industry advanced practice, provide the most suitable tools, systems, processes and other solutions for the current business needs.

Qualifications

• Expert in Backend products, process system products, and solution products, preferably with experience in smart buildings, workspace, and workplace management.
• Strong project management skills and motivation.
• Ability to efficiently promote product improvement and project launches.
