In this role, you will be responsible for driving monetization opportunities and delivering value to real estate professionals, developers, and agencies across the Middle East.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap that focuses on driving revenue growth and addressing the evolving needs of real estate professionals, developers, and agencies, while aligning with the companys strategic objectives.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, sales, and customer experience, to build, launch, and optimize high-impact B2B products.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet market demands and create a competitive edge for our customers.
Partner closely with the VP to define and implement company objectives and key results (OKRs), translating them into actionable team goals.
Ensure the quality and impact of every release through rigorous testing, effective training, and seamless internal coordination during all launch phases.
Drive the Go-to-Market strategy in partnership with Commercial, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, ensuring successful product positioning and market adoption.
Define key performance indicators for product success, monitor performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve quickly.
Introduce innovations to enhance operational efficiency and ensure continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for monetization and address the specific needs of B2B users.
Utilize performance metrics to inform product decisions, and set up A/B testing to assess the impact of new features.
Reprioritize initiatives as needed to align with company goals, removing obstacles to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with other product managers to maintain alignment on company targets and strategic priorities. Specifically the B2C counterpart responsible for the consumer experience around new projects search.

The PersonDesired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in the real estate or online marketplace industry.
Proven experience in guiding a product through its lifecycle, with a strong focus on building and implementing product roadmaps.
Experience in working with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of web, iOS and Android platforms.
Robust analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Proven ability to execute according to plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Strong ability to manage up and down, engaging in big picture thinking and C-Suite conversations.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
Proficiency in English language (Arabic is a plus).
