We are focused on hiring for culture, talent and passion for unleashing the regions potential to drive progress in the communities.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI Personalization Platform to power Deep Engagement of our customers on the everything app. This pivotal role involves steering the development of cutting-edge features and capabilities, working closely with ML and Product teams, focusing on delivering unparalleled personalised experiences across various digital touchpoints and verticals (food, groceries, pay, etc).As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing our AI Personalisation Platform, focusing on the development of features that directly impact user experience and deep engagement. In this capacity, you will lead efforts to:
Powering intelligent delightful experiences: Spearhead the creation of intuitive and seamless user interfaces within the Everything App, enhancing user satisfaction and overall productivity.
Building meaningful and synergistic cross-selling paths: Utilise data-driven insights to develop intelligent cross-selling strategies, optimising the customer journey by presenting relevant offers and services at the right time.
Personalised home page and content: Drive the customization of the Everything App's home page and content, ensuring a uniquely personalised experience for each customer by leveraging advanced machine learning and personalization algorithms.
Your initiatives will be at the heart of our mission to enrich customer experiences, making everyday interactions with the Everything App effortless and engaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring these innovations to life, setting new standards for what our customers can expect.Responsibilities
Develop and execute Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for our AI Personalisation Platform, prioritising features that deliver the most value to users and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data and ML science, design, and marketing teams to bring product features from conception to launch.
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features that enhance personalization and customer experience.
Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of product features, utilising data to make informed decisions and iterate rapidly.
Engage with customers and conduct user research to gather insights that inform product strategy and feature development.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to think big and explore novel approaches to solving complex problems.
What you\'ll need to succeed
A minimum of 5+ years experience in product management, in AI and machine learning.
Proven track record of developing and launching impactful user-centric products.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Deep understanding of machine learning, personalization algorithms, and data-driven product development.
Strong intellectual and analytical abilities, with experience in hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing. While not required, strong proficiency in SQL will be very advantageous, as it enables efficient data extraction and analysis to inform product decisions.
Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business.
