Senior Product Designer is responsible of Leading the delivery of Digital Experiences and flows based on Design best practices, Design patterns and principles, designing concepts, and guiding the development of content. He/she is responsible for Leading the creation of all visual components as part of the digital experience to deliver, with a superb aesthetic sense. He/she leads all aspects of the look and feel of mockups and creative concepts of digital experiences. He/she will be collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary designers, researchers, technologists, and business partners.Key Responsibilities:
Product Design: Lead the overall look and feel of a product taking ownership in the creative executions, deriving the brand personality and ensures product alignment to the head of designs vision.
Leading and creating wireframes based as per requirements. In collaboration with Designers, Researchers and UI engineers, co-create UX within Agile delivery mode. Leading workshops with various stakeholders with the objective of requirements clarification and refinement needed for design decisions.
Planning: Estimating efforts based on requirements. Planning design workstreams for user experience and information architecture by studying content concepts, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural hierarchies, patterns, features and functionality.
Assessment: Leading discussions aiming to convert feature-oriented requirements into design backlog items. Conducts user testing activities. This includes card-sorting activities, treejack testing, focus groups and other techniques as required. Assessment of existing digital experiences in terms of UX consistency, information architecture, navigation, and classification effectiveness.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other designers and business stakeholders in shaping digital experiences. Co-create digital experiences with the support of other designers. Support designers in the handover to front-end engineers.
Communication & Feedback: Communicates and articulates design decisions. Attention to visual details and organization. Leading discussions with Front-end engineers, by taking and providing comments, and integrate those comments into the HQ designs. Leading all interactions with business stakeholders for business requirements gathering, communicating the designs, supporting the business in expressing the product specifications from a design perspective. Able to take constructive criticisms and adjust the designs accordingly.Key Requirements:
Holding a degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design or similar. Graduate degree a plus MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
8+ years of experience in a related field. Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an asset. Experience in the GCC region is considered as an asset.
A design thinker that is comfortable with vagueness and unknowns. A collaborator and co-creator with others. An innovation thinker with abilities to challenge. Understands, appreciates, and lives User experience & information architecture as a craft.

Foundation of hands-on, applicable experience, in UX/UI or any other related domains
