Job SummaryThis role will manage end to end payroll processes. The ideal candidate will ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to local laws and company policies.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnd to End Payroll Processing:Process payroll for employees on monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timelines.The role will manage Non-Management payroll - TNA, OT calculations, Leave uploads, Payroll run/validationsData Entry:Maintain accurate payroll records by entering employee data (new hires, terminations, leave, etc.) into the payroll system.Time and Attendance:Verify and reconcile timekeeping data from the system to ensure accurate wage calculations.Deductions and Benefits:Assist in calculating deductions such as social security, pensions, insurance, Loans and advances, fines etcPayroll Queries:Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues in a timely mannerCompliance:Ensure adherence to local labor laws, , and company policies in all payroll activitiesReporting:Assist in generating payroll reports as required.Payroll Audits:Support internal and external payroll audits by preparing relevant data and reports.Support Payroll Projects:Participate in payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.KPIs
