Specific accountabilities:- Drafting of all process drawings including but not limited to PFD, UFD, P&ID's, Block flow diagrams, etc. Site surveys and process drawing verification (as-building). Coordinating process drafting work by other designers. Ensuring drawing quality and maintaining quality records. Filing and maintaining drawings and drawing register. Experience of internal audits will be an added advantage. Produce various discipline deliverables to the agreed schedule. Apply good interpersonal skills, liasing with members of other disciplines. Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the CSG, etc Safety Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the CSG, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Essential skills/experience:- Experience in the field of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical process drawing drafting/design. Preference will be given for candidates with experience in ISO 9001 certified Engineering Consultancy Companies. Experience in AutoCAD, Microstation, SmartPlant P&ID, MS Office is a must. Independently able to produce process drawings using company or client drawing standards. Experience in preparing line lists, equipment list, drawing and document lists. Good working knowledge of manual drawing conversion tools (raster or vector) and editing in cadding software. Familiarity with all process related engineering activities. Dynamic and enthusiastic approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrated performance as a team leader. A practical hands on approach is required. Matching indicators:- Minimum Diploma in Engineering relevant approved certificate from a state or technical education department / HNC / HND or equivalent.
