Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributor in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.
Principal accountabilities
Strategic
+ Develop in-depth understanding of principal portfolio
+ Align with principals on annual sales and orders forecast
+ Maintaining the company inventory at acceptable levels, defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy
+ Ensuring Principal approvals regarding stock transfers and Expiry compensation.
+ Coordinating with all the company departments in order ensure smooth regulatory, Logistic, Finance and sales processes
+ Develop strong relationships with local and domestic principal representatives
+ Align with Principals & AE regulatory team on the agreed regulatory strategies
+ Develop understanding of product pipeline and ensure maximum sales
Operational
+ Maintain daily communication with principal team
+ Ensure revenue targets for assigned principals are met
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Pharmacy desired
• MBA from a recognized institution
Additional Information Skills & Professional Requirements:
• Experience managing key account relationships at operational levels
Experience Requirements:
• 4-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical distribution
• Required UAE and/ or GCC experience; international experience a bonus
