Principal accountabilities
Strategic
- \xc2\xb7Develop in-depth understanding of principal portfolio
- \xc2\xb7Align with principals on annual sales and orders forecast
- \xc2\xb7Maintaining the company inventory at acceptable levels, defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy
- \xc2\xb7Ensuring Principal approvals regarding stock transfers and Expiry compensation.
- \xc2\xb7Coordinating with all the company departments in order ensure smooth regulatory, Logistic, Finance and sales processes
- \xc2\xb7Develop strong relationships with local and domestic principal representatives
- \xc2\xb7Align with Principals & AE regulatory team on the agreed regulatory strategies
- \xc2\xb7Develop understanding of product pipeline and ensure maximum sales
- \xc2\xb7Maintain daily communication with principal team
- \xc2\xb7Ensure revenue targets for assigned principals are met
- Bachelor of Pharmacy desired
- MBA from a recognized institution
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Experience managing key account relationships at operational levels
- 4\xe2\x80\x935 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in pharmaceutical distribution
- Required UAE and/ or GCC experience; international experience a bonus
