Principal accountabilities
Strategic
\xc2\xb7Develop in-depth understanding of principal portfolio
\xc2\xb7Align with principals on annual sales and orders forecast
\xc2\xb7Maintaining the company inventory at acceptable levels, defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy
\xc2\xb7Ensuring Principal approvals regarding stock transfers and Expiry compensation.
\xc2\xb7Coordinating with all the company departments in order ensure smooth regulatory, Logistic, Finance and sales processes
\xc2\xb7Develop strong relationships with local and domestic principal representatives
\xc2\xb7Align with Principals & AE regulatory team on the agreed regulatory strategies
\xc2\xb7Develop understanding of product pipeline and ensure maximum sales
Operational
\xc2\xb7Maintain daily communication with principal team
\xc2\xb7Ensure revenue targets for assigned principals are met
Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy desired
MBA from a recognized institution

Experience managing key account relationships at operational levels
Experience Requirements:
4\xe2\x80\x935 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in pharmaceutical distribution
Required UAE and/ or GCC experience; international experience a bonus
