JOB PURPOSE: Drive Digital Business across the GCC regionQUALIFICATION: Bachelors Degree / Preferably in Computer ScienceEXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experienceRESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):This role is responsible to develop go to market strategies and execute plans for the business unit to achieve its goals, including financials, market growth, presales effectiveness, innovation, and improving business unit effectiveness. Digital business unit focusses on delivering application services and building repeatable products to drive industry replication. Our core industries include Government, Healthcare, Utilities, Municipalities, Transportation, BFSI, and Large Enterprises. For our clients, the unit regionally delivers programs on e-services, process automation, software engineering, application management, and Intertec industry products.Business Planning: Business Development Planning for the GCC region aligned with the company strategy to achieve the Revenue, gross margins, and P&L as per the set targets.Industry domain & Differentiators: Should understand vertical business, critical success factors (CSF's), and create differentiated propositions with clear business outcomes for replication.Market Development: Should take initiatives to work with sales & marketing to promote our solutions through client meetings, events, case studies, campaigns, industry networking, etc.Presales: Provide Pre-sales support to the sales team to close opportunities with activities such as requirement analysis and documentation, and developing winning solutions, presentations, proposals, demo's, POC's and workshops. Also, there should be continuous effort to improve pre-sales work processes and win ratios.Client Partnership: Develop strong partnerships with client CXO's by developing account digital roadmaps and conducting proactive workshops with stakeholders.Delivery Collaboration:
Collaborate internally with delivery teams on scope of work, review estimations, solution architecture, methodology and pricing to develop winning proposals.
Regular cadence with delivery leads to ensure customer commitments are met timely.
Provide pipeline forecasting guidance for capacity planning.
Jointly plan talent & skills needed aligned to business plan.
Vendor management: Manage vendor relationships with joint business plans, pricing and required certifications.Market research: Research market potential and competition landscape to develop effective positioning and business models for our offerings and capabilities.Product roadmap: Contribute to product roadmaps with business analysts and development teams based on market feedback.TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:MANDATORY:
