About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Senior PR Executive based out of Dubai to join our team and drive impactful media relations, brand storytelling, and strategic communications in the UAE, with a broader focus on the Middle East market. In this role, you'll leverage a mix of traditional PR tactics and modern digital strategies to build brand credibility, engage key audiences, and amplify presence across mainstream, digital, new-age, and trade media.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative PR campaigns that elevate brand awareness and strengthen our media positioning. Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in the UAE and Middle East. Lead media engagement efforts, including securing earned media coverage, pitching stories, and handling media inquiries. Craft compelling press materials, including media releases, articles, op-eds, speeches, and briefing documents. Oversee media monitoring and reporting to measure the impact of PR initiatives. Organise and manage press events, media briefings, and brand activations. Identify emerging media trends and digital PR opportunities to enhance storytelling across multiple platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned with broader marketing goals. Stay ahead of industry developments, audience insights, and competitor activity to refine PR approaches and strategies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, ideally within the UAE with exposure to the Middle East market. Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, including digital PR, social media PR, and influencer alliances. Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives for diverse audiences. Proactive media relations experience with an established network of UAE media contacts. Ability to translate complex industry topics into digestible, newsworthy content. Experience managing PR campaigns, event coordination, and crisis communication strategies. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking PR metrics and evaluating campaign performance. Familiarity with PR tools. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
