The requirement includes applying sound engineering principles in the development of design solutions and the production of contract documentation and providing direct instructions, guidance and oversight of all tasks conducted by engineers assigned to work on the respective projects.We envisage success in this role to include:Preparing designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, working drawings, develops details and edits specifications.Assuring correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team.Interacting with clients, contractors, local authority representatives and others using skills of persuasion and negotiation to resolve critical issue.Coordinating and developing responses to review comments, tender queries, contractors queries, etc.Understanding and implementing project management principles and able to work within project budgets and designing to budget.QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience, partnered with Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Public Health Engineering.Proven related Public Health Services Design Experience (Domestic Water Services, Drainage Services, LPG/SNG System, Fire Protection Services) with a multidisciplinary International consultancy.High level of proficiency in Revit MEP; ACAD, Elite Fire, MS Office.Registration with Dubai Authorities and having Autodesk REVIT Certification is a mandatory requirement.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
