• Project Planning & Scheduling :
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to create comprehensive work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Define the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.
• Prepare and update project schedules and provide regular status reports.
• Risk Management :
• Identify potential risks or delays early and provide mitigation strategies.
• Analyze critical paths and adjust schedules as needed to avoid delays.
• Assist in managing project changes and assessing their impact on the project timeline.
• Cost Management :
• Monitor project costs and resources to ensure they align with the approved budget.
• Evaluate the financial impact of schedule adjustments and delays.
• Assist with cost forecasting and control measures to maintain profitability.
• Resource Management :
• Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring manpower, materials, and equipment are available when needed.
• Track resource utilization and optimize the allocation to meet deadlines.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication :
• Act as the primary point of contact for all planning and scheduling-related matters.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project timelines.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting :
• Monitor the progress of work on-site and update the schedule as necessary.
• Prepare and submit weekly or monthly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any variances from the schedule.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed to maintain the project timeline.
• Quality Control & Compliance :
• Ensure that project planning complies with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor the quality of work and provide feedback to ensure standards are maintained.
• Document Control :
• Maintain detailed records of all planning documentation, reports, and communications.
• Ensure proper documentation of delays, change orders, and schedule updates.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in project management (PMP, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• experience in villa project and building proejct is madatory.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of cost control, risk management, and contract management.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior planning engineers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
