• Civil Engineering graduate
• Min 8 years' GCC experience, must have high rise building projects experience
• Certification in planning and scheduling (e.g. PMP, PMI-SP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare/Review Baseline program with resource and cost loading including construction methodology
• Prepare labour histogram in line with baseline schedule
• Prepare/Review the S-curve (cash in chart) in line with baseline schedule
• Support the contract administration team, by prepare all delay events and time impact programmes to substantiate/support all the claims
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
• Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders, and dentify and address potential delays or roadblocks.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Track project expenses and ensure that project budgets are adhered to.
• Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and adjust plans as needed to ensure success.
• Prepare Management target meeting report
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
