Advance Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Perfumer .

As a Senior Perfumer, you will play a key role in creating unique and innovative fragrance compositions. You will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop market-oriented fragrances while mentoring junior perfumers.


Key Responsibilities:


• Design and develop innovative, high-quality fragrance formulations for various sectors (fine fragrances, personal care, home care, etc.).
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and transform briefs into tailored olfactory solutions.
• Perform product "matching" to ensure competitive performance in the market.
• Create formulations specifically tailored to the Gulf market, improving existing launches with enhanced performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with evaluation, marketing, and R&D teams to align creations with market trends.
• Mentor and support junior perfumers, providing both technical and creative guidance.
• Maintain detailed records of formulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in olfactory evaluations and contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, raw materials, and technologies in the fragrance industry.

Profile Sought:


• 8 to 12 years of experience as a perfumer in the fragrance industry.
• Certification from a recognized perfumery school (preferred).
• Excellent olfactory sense and a portfolio demonstrating successful fragrance creations.
• Proven expertise in product "matching" and enhancing fragrance performance.
• Proficiency with fragrance development software and interpreting GC-MS data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• In-depth knowledge of raw materials and formulation practices.
• Desired experience: significant career background with leading companies in the fragrance industry.
