The purpose of the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Rest of World (ROW) role is to develop a world-class performance marketing operation that can scale our customer base to maximise profitable commercial growth. The role will lead and grow the Performance Marketing team and create a predictable and scalable digital customer acquisition structure with day-to-day ownership of paid media spend, digital channel mix and caign execution with an aim to deliver returns on advertising spend.
How you'll help us make health happen:
• Own and lead strategy and execution for all performance marketing media through ROAS-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies aimed to support commercial growth. Channels to include and not be limited to Search, Display, Social, Affiliates and Organic caigns spanning ROW (Rest of World) markets.
• Effective budget management to build media forecast, allocate funds optimally, deliver best results without overspending and maintain a balanced investment-to-return ratio. Constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation.
• Lead, motivate and develop the existing team of 5. Create strong and effective working relationships within the team to bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of functional goals and the business KPIs.
• Point of contact with our digital media agency to spearhead the caign strategy and deliverables across for all ROW markets and cross functional relationships inclusive of creative agencies, internal studios, stakeholders, and insurance partners.
• Drive optimisation plans through data-driven insights and custom-built attribution model with a focus on maximising return on investment (ROI).
• Own and lead delivery of caign reports to provide analysis around ROAS, caign performance against various key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion patterns across ROW markets to help optimise all caigns. Convey insights and findings to the senior management on a regular basis.
• Play a major analytical role in tracking, data analysis, and testing consumer acquisition channels. Identify opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiency of programmes and caigns.
• Work closely with wider marketing and digital teams and sales and compliance stakeholders, fostering an environment where strategies are tested, and innovative ideas are brought to life.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
• Successful track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, with experience of using multiple channels, online and offline.
• Track record of paid spend optimisation across ROW and channels with budgets in excess of c.3M.
• Experience in building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with the search, display, pay-per-click, programmatic, social, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Adwords, Google Data Studio and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of MarTech solutions as well as digital data analytics.
• Ability to analyse data from advertising caigns to ensure conversion rate optimisations and returns on investment.
• Experience in managing agencies for media strategy, planning and buying.
• Experience of managing a copy clearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous.
• Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally.
• Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.
