You will play a crucial role in streamlining the payroll process, managing expenses, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Streamline the payroll process across a number of territories to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Organize and execute the payroll process in adherence to established deadlines.
Manage the expenses process, including the input format and verification of expenses.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and employees, to address payroll-related queries and concerns.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing payroll processing.
Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Generate and distribute payroll reports as required by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or payroll administration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the region on payroll administration is a plus.
