Job Description

We are looking for EPM (HFM SME with good cloud Infrastructure skills. Someone who have successfully handled implementations involving lift and shift of EPM environments from on-premise data center to Oracle Cloud (OCI). Able to perform EPM (HFM & Hyperion Planning) application upgrades and configure DR for EPM environments. Passionate about Oracle Applications and ready for new challenges in a fast paced environments with EPM and OCI skills.

Skills -

• Proven technical leadership on EPM System product implementations.
• Possess a detailed understanding of EPM System Products versions 11.1.x and 11.2.x multi-node deployment architecture with scaling-out application tiers on Windows and Linux OS.
• Demonstrated experience performing EPM System Products administration tasks including patching, cloning, backup/recovery, performance tuning and upgrades.
• Has performed EPM System Products upgrade from version 11.1.x to 11.2.x
• Hands-on experience with EPM System Products administrative services and scriptings.
• Have deep knowledge and working experience on EPM administrative tasks like define and run a data management batch rule, export and import application and artifacts, copy data from one database to another, refresh the application, export and import metadata and data, and run business rules on data.
• Practical knowledge of the EPM System Products technology stack such as Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Have a good understanding and aptitude for data integration between EPM system products and ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS and Peoplesoft).
• Implementation experience of Hyperion Financial Management, Close Management and Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Have a good understanding of reporting tools Hyperion Financial reporting & smart view
• Implementation of EPM System Products Disaster Recovery between 2 or more sites.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues.
• Understands operational support processes and key challenges customers face during implementation, migration and upgrade of EPM System Products.

Requirement -

• At 7+ years of overall relevant professional experience, including 5+ years of EPM System Products based solutions including at least 2+ years in a cloud environment.
• Deep relevant technical expertise and background working in organization in an Engineering, Architecture, Development, Sales Consulting or Consulting role.
• Proven and demonstrable solution knowledge in Oracle PaaS and IaaS and Hybrid Cloud architecture and solutions.
• Works cross-LOB to architect solutions that integrate customer IT and business processes to support strategic business needs.
• Able to lead project implementations involving lift and shift of E-Business Suite environments from on-premises or other cloud platforms to OCI.
• Act as a customer advocate on new solutions for enterprise business applications on Oracle IaaS and PaaS.
• Research, demonstrate and document innovative solutions for internal and external teams.
• Discuss relevant industry trends and provide insights when driving executive decision-making discussions with customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly comfortable speaking across all levels of management and technical audiences.
• Build strong relationships with Engineering/Product Management teams, acting as a customer advocate to resolve support escalations and drive product roadmap.
• Understand and clearly articulate the Oracle Go-To-Market strategy in JAPAC across the Oracle portfolio.
• Understanding of commercial business to effectively position Oracle solutions.
