Develop and cascade the organization\'s vision, strategy, and mission statements, policies and procedures to all staff in alignment with ADASI\'s strategic objectives.
Organize resources (facilities and manpower) so as to ensure the effective establishment of UAV maintenance and operations activities and to optimise operational and financial performance.
Coordinate the efforts of the UAVand Program Managers in order to ensure excellent customer relations and proper UAV and Aerostat technical performance within contract schedule and financial performance.
Influence the performance of various UAV\'s that have been established, by making use of facilitators.
Define and/or review the guidelines and structures suitable for potential teams in order to allow them to establish all of the technical, programmatic and legal framework documentation required for establishment.
Review draft documentation as presented by the candidate team from a due diligence viewpoint, focusing on all relevant technical, programmatic and legal aspects.
Plan by prioritizing customer, employee and organizational requirements (take corrective action in order to remove company obstacles).
Participate in establishing and continuously improving Investment Company Policies, procedures and processes.
Monitor and maintain company staffing levels, Knowledge-Skill-Attitude (KSA) expectations and staff motivation in order to fulfil organizational requirements.
Establish and apply employee performance measures so as to maintain the efficiency versus effectiveness ratio
Facilitate or perform regular verbal and written reporting to customers (via the program managers), the company Management Team and the Board of Directors.
Participate in Investment Company corporate governance activities and strategic planning in support of the Management Team.
Ensure that training opportunities are being provided.
Perform mentoring activities (for times when a suitable candidate is available) aimed at establishing UAE capability and expertise.
Qualification:
BSc in Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in leadership/managerial positions in a relevant industry.
Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
