: Senior Operations Manager Final Control Lifecycle Services:Based in Dubai, responsible for Emerson FCTL service operations in the Middle East & Africa the Senior Lifecycle Services Manager is responsible for promoting positive conduct through policies and practices of the company and management and will provide quality, professional and profitable after-sales support with local coordination of all Depot service centres and field services. Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Drive Safety & Quality for all MEA service operations.
• Lead Final Control operations in MEA
• Responsible for Lifecycle services quote to cash process including sales targets & planning
• Responsible for Leading field service activities in the World area.
• Responsible for financial control of the MEA operations, including purchasing review of all materials, parts and tools vital for all locations within the geographical region as well as preparation of appropriation requests for capital investments
• Responsibility to improve and grow LCS services GP.
• Be an authority on any changes as the business evolves and assist with implementation as vital for process improvements.
• Constantly try to improve the company\'s performance towards higher customer service standards and improve financial performance.
• Responsible for branch site, including sales, through direct contacts with process plants in the marketing area and sales channels interface
• Continuous communications with sales channels to find ways to uncover business growth opportunities
• Responsible for the pricing of all goods and services and preparation of price quotes on larger jobs
• Seek out, develop and implement new business opportunities in cooperation with sales channels
• Conduct customer presentations, business report preparation and reviews
• Deliver KPI\'s results in line with the BU objectives.

• Personal Computer experience (business systems, Chess, Oracle, Outlook)

• Strong Collaboration and Teamwork proficiencies.

What do I need to be considered for this role?Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.10+ Experience in the valve service industry with a proven record of turnaround execution and management Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Has a subject matter specialist knowledge in Flow Controls products.
• Validated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process-related problems is strongly preferred.
