Senior Operations Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi Head Office (On-Site)
Salary: AED 25,000 - AED 32,000 per month

Role Overview:

Morals General Contracting LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize project operations, manage FIDIC contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all project operations to ensure efficient execution.
• Contract Management: Administer FIDIC contracts and resolve claims and disputes.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MOFA Attested).
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in contracting, including 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Skills: Proficient in FIDIC contracts and project management principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month
