Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Leader to join our UAE-based client. This role is critical to driving their operations, leading growth initiatives, and ensuring the success of their company. If you're a proven leader with strong UAE experience, fluent in Arabic, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve company goals and align with our vision.
- Build and lead a motivated management team, recruit top talent, and mentor key executives.
- Spearhead market expansion, partnerships, and new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and report results to the CEO and board.
- Construction experience in civil, fit out and waterproofing.
- Fluent/native Arabic speaker (essential).
- At least 10 years in construction management, with a solid track record in the UAE market.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategy skills, with the ability to manage people and projects effectively.
