Job Description

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the entire hot air balloon operations. This includes managing daily operations, hiring and training new staff, ensuring quality and safety standards, boosting sales figures in coordination with the sales team, managing all necessary licenses and government approvals, and facilitating smooth communication between the CEO and the Maha B team.

• Supervise and manage daily hot air balloon operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Identify staffing requirements and participate in the hiring process.
• Schedule and allocate duties to staff members.
• Ensure all flights and operations meet established quality and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly.
• Work closely with the sales team to track and boost sales figures.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Oversee passenger coordination, ensuring smooth check-in and boarding processes.
• Manage the collection of payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and the Maha B team, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the tourism or aviation industry.
• The role involves working outdoors and may require early mornings or late evenings based on flight schedules.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in the travel and tourisim industry in UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
