Senior Operations Executive Hubb Capital is a boutique real estate investment firm specialising in creating bespoke funds through bonds and equity structures to invest in properties according to defined strategies. We have experience investing in UK real estate and are now growing our operations in the UAE market We are seeking an Senior Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations as we build out our core senior team in Dubai across legal, finance, operations, business development, and advisory roles. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and be a key member helping drive the firm\'s growth in the UAE. The role is full-time with employment visa sponsorship from Hubb Capital. For the first 3 months, the salary will be AED 5,000 per month. After successfully completing the initial period, the salary will increase to AED 15,000 - 20,000 per month. This is a hybrid role suitable for someone with a startup mindset who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Manage daily administrative and operational activities for the Dubai office - Liaise with investors, clients, and internal teams with professionalism - Support investment operations like due diligence and fund reporting - Implement and maintain processes, policies, and best practices - Coordinate across legal, compliance, accounting/finance as needed - Take on new responsibilities as a key member of the growing team Requirements: - 2+ years\' experience living and working in the UAE - Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages an asset) - Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities - Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills - Experience at a startup, entrepreneurial firm, or investment management industry - Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and work independently - Bachelor\'s degree or higher qualification preferred Join our lean, senior team during this exciting growth phase in the UAE.
