If you have extensive experience in OCC design, testing, and commissioning, as well as a passion for driving excellence, we want to hear from you.This role requires significant experience in rail and metro projects, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the UAE or GCC region.What You'll Be Doing:Act as the clientxe2x80x99s representative to ensure the design, implementation, and operation of OCC systems meet project specifications and operational requirements.Oversee the integration of critical systems within the OCC, including signaling, SCADA, telecommunications, and passenger information systems.Participate in and validate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and system commissioning activities.Monitor contractorsxe2x80x99 progress and compliance with international safety, security, and operational standards.Provide expert guidance on operational readiness, ensuring the OCC is fully prepared for normal operations and emergency scenarios.Coordinate between the client, contractors, and operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution.Review technical documentation, including designs, operational procedures, and training materials.Prepare regular reports on OCC progress, system performance, and operational readiness for stakeholders.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.15 years of experience in the design, installation, testing, maintenance etc. of the OCC control systems.Technical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems.Familiarity with OCC technologies, including SCADA systems, signaling systems, and communication systems.Experience overseeing the installation and testing of electronic/electrical systems.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.GCC experience is preferred.Experience on large Rail Infrastructure program is a must.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Skills / Competencies:Good oral and written skills for project interactionsAbility to interface with all levels with project team, client, and others.Ability to read, analyze and interpret project documents.Ability to function in a multi-organizational environment by developing relationships that complies with the clientxe2x80x99s proactive, collaborative culture.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employeexe2x80x99s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
