Responsibilities
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
+ Minimum 5 years experience working in Drilling Operations.
+ BSc degree in Engineering, Drilling, Petroleum Engineer degree preferred
+ RTOC experience and preferable 1-year as Directional Driller. For RTOC it is required minimum of 2 years
+ Trained in: T&D/Hydraulics Modelling Software
+ Strong computer skills
+ Strong experience in Oil and Gas Software
+ Good presentation skills
+ Fluent in English

+ Perform Drilling Performance and Analytics Service delivery.
+ Execute automated data loading procedures, computation of Rig states and drilling KPI, checking results of thecomputations, and configuring computation parameters.
+ Control quality of drilling performance KPIs computations performed by Drilling Analytics Service.
+ Exhibit knowledge of basic concepts in formation evaluation, drilling optimization, well placement, and geomechanicsstrategies.
+ Hands-on experience on Intervention and Evaluation services, identify and report Hole cleaning conditions and varioustrends.
+ Monitor and formulate ROP Optimization trends, Alarm management to identify stuck pipe indicators and correctiveactions.
+ Generate Hydraulics report based on various models and rheological properties.
+ Identify and generate Invisible Lost Time reports and measures for corrective actions to monetize ILT and reduce Timeand Cost.
+ Develop and fine-tune Static and Time-dependent models for drilling optimization.
+ Generate various reports, trends (Drilling Performance, Actual vs Planned, ILT) on-demand basis to share with allstakeholders.
+ Oversee Drilling operation monitoring to ensure all parameters, data used in reporting, generating trends are valid andaccurate.
+ Track the actual performance on the new wells vs the agreed targets fed back to the rig on a daily basis to recognize andencourage good performance and to ask them to focus on areas that are behind the targets.
+ Support achieve a consistent performance and eliminate the variations which are the Invisible Lost Time.
+ KPI Generation for selected phases of the well construction process.
+ Assist to analyze the Time v Depth planned vs actual.
