The Senior Online Brand Manager is the champion of owning the online experience for the brand. Makes sure we have the right consumer/shopper engagement plans, channel strategy, pricing strategy and promo plan to land our ambitions for each online player and truly understand the shopper. Other responsibilities include managing online consumer journeys, gather data, lead on CRM, SEO, and 1P data acquisition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing: - Develop Channel strategy in alignment with brand\'s overall strategy - Build differentiated plans per e-commerce archetype (D2C, Pure Player, E[1]Retail) - Achieving brand sell-out targets through building differentiated shopper[1]centric online account strategies - Ensuring the success of the online shopper path-to-purchase / consumer journey - Knowing the online shopper inside out and providing that info to the rest of the team - GWP, Sampling, Co-pack forecast and management - Monthly sales forecast tracking & accuracy with new launches & promo - Clearly define e-commerce brand hero SKUs and plans
Media/Content: - Responsible for the brand\'s full funnel media planning and execution. This includes: Upper funnel (awareness, including OOH & DOOH), consideration, and lower funnel (performance media) - Implement and liaise with digital team on the ideal media mix and campaigns across all categories. - Challenge agencies on media campaign KPIs for O+O and ensure creative campaigns execution. - A&P media budget management and tracking on Group\'s media tools - Ensure relevant content is ready for activations (m-3) - Ensure e-merchandizing excellence for the brand across platforms - Annual media briefing to agencies and monthly updates on plans - Uploading & implementing assets for PDP, CLP, HOMEPAGE, Landing page, CRM
CRM & Data: - Delivering monthly sellout update to team on performance by category and hero SKU - Gathering and reporting on online purchase data - Undertaking online competition review from product / media pov - Lead on defining CRM strategy for the brand and execute it with the agency with the support of the digital team - Responsible for the campaign set up and briefing with the CRM agency - Responsible for lead gen campaigns and SMS
Reporting and managing ecommerce campaigns: - Delivering monthly update to team and zone on performance by category (sell out tracking) - Contributing online elements of market share notes to Zone/DMI - Sell out tracking. - Gathering and reporting on online purchase data - Undertaking online competition review from product / media pov - Identifying content gaps
