Negotiate and secure media placements, rates, and added value opportunities with media vendors.
Monitor and optimize media performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and best practices in offline media planning.
Mentor and guide junior media planners, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in offline media planning within a media agency environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful offline media campaigns for diverse clients. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in media planning tools and software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and cultural nuances is highly desirable. Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
