To gather control testing samples, analyse them against the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)framework, identify the gaps and compile the test reports for review to the required standard.
Select samples for control testing using stratified or any other systematic sampling techniques for all units within Retail Banking and ADCP; to update the test results in the operational risk and loss tracking system correctly and on time.
Conduct regular testing for all units against the predefined the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework and compile the test results and verify the incentive payouts and conduct call monitoring of collection as a part of quality assurance and adherence to code of conduct.
Coordinate with IT and respective business units to conduct regular Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing and update all testing outcomes on BCP system for further action.
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
Manage self in line with the Banks people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
Demonstrate our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customers interactions.
SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience
A minimum of Bachelors Degree preferably in the Finance stream.
At least 4 years of Banking experience, preferably in risk management.
Knowledge of risk and control management tools and systems.
Financial statement analysis.
Analytical and logical reasoning.
Microsoft Office (MS) - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
