Closing Date: Jul 25th 2024 MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To effectively manage project initiation, planning, risk, scheduling, scope and cost control, quality assurance, contract management, documentation, change management, stakeholder engagement, value engineering, and contingency planning to ensure successful project execution, cost management, timely completion, and quality standards adherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develops comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, schedules, resources, and budget requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives for each project.
+ Collaborates with key stakeholders, understands goals, and conducts feasibility studies to gather project requirements and ensure alignment on objectives.
+ Creates schedules, budgets, and defines scope, allocating resources efficiently while developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying critical path activities, adjusting for changes as needed.
+ Monitors project milestones, deliverables, and risks, identifying potential issues, developing strategies, and preventing disruptions.
+ Conducts regular status meetings, provides progress reports to stakeholders, and facilitates communication among team members effectively.
+ Managing project budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
+ Records project plans, status updates, and alterations to project scope or requirements, overseeing scope to avert expansion.
+ Works closely with team members to assign tasks, set priorities, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during project execution promptly.
+ Utilizes project management software and tools to streamline project planning processes and enhance team collaboration efficiently.
+ Seeks opportunities to improve project planning methodologies, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Ensures compliance with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards in all project-related cost management activities, while setting and enforcing quality standards and preventing rework.
+ Identifies critical path activities and key project milestones to track progress, evaluate performance, and manage schedule risks effectively.
+ Facilitates schedule-related meetings, such as kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and status updates, ensuring alignment and transparency among projects stakeholders.
+ Monitors project progress against the schedule, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides regular updates on schedule performance to project sponsors and stakeholders.
+ Creates Gantt charts, timelines, and other visual tools to communicate project schedules to team members, stakeholders, and clients while also developing plans for unforeseen events and allocating funds for contingency.

Minimum Education Level
+ Bachelors degree (3+ years)
Certifications (if applicable)

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
