We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.About the JobEnsure welfare conditions for employees are effectively managed and implemented, handling complaints and escalating matters that affect employee welfare, and providing training to stakeholders to ensure welfare requirements are maintained.Key AccountabilitiesWelfare Strategy and Implementation
  • Develop and implement the welfare assurance strategy and framework in alignment with the HSE vision and objectives of ADNOC Distribution.
  • Manage the budget and resources for the welfare assurance function and ensure the optimal utilization and allocation of them.
  • Keep abreast of the best practices and trends in the welfare assurance field and benchmark the performance of ADNOC Distribution against the industry standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the welfare assurance function and participate in the relevant training and workshops.
Welfare Compliance and Monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with the HSE policies and standards, as well as the relevant laws and regulations, regarding the welfare of the workforce.
  • Conduct regular welfare audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the welfare programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present welfare reports and statistics to the management and stakeholders and provide recommendations and action plans.
Welfare Support and Coordination
  • Provide support to coordinate with welfare committee members and facilitate communication and collaboration among them.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, such as the HSE department, the HR department, the operations department, the contractors, the suppliers, and the regulatory agencies.
  • Identify and address the welfare issues and concerns of the employees and contractors and escalate them to the appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Ensure the alignment and integration of the welfare assurance function with the other HSE functions, such as risk management, incident management, and emergency response.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HSE, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in welfare assurance, HSE, or any related field, preferably in the oil and gas industry or retail fuel industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of the HSE policies and standards, and the relevant laws and regulations, regarding the welfare of the workforce.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the welfare programs and initiatives.
  • High proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them in a fast-paced environment.
