MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo support the Engineering and Maintenance team by the management and development of engineering IT systems like AMOS, Airvault, RFID Aero check, Aero track, ATS, MDM - Airwatch & AMOS interface with our resource management system.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Administers the AMOS system including - User management, AMOS configuration, Interface setup, Counter management, Workorder setup, Form configuration etc.2. Administers engineering system like Airvault, RFID Aero check, Aero track, Aircraft transfer system including user management, workflow definition and maintenance, management of vendor service requests and change requests from a business.3. Addresses day-to-day end user requirements and ensures timely fixing of bugs identified by users for AMOS and other Engineering systems. Ensure the availability and reliability of engineering systems by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.4. Manages engineering iPads, applications using Air watch Mobile Device Management system and testing of the iPad applications during the new release.5. Supports Engineering System upgrades, testing and activities.6. Develops reports as per requirements in AMOS report designer tool.7. Develops and manages the interface between flydubai IT support, IT projects and engineering and maintenance.8. Supports other digital projects and activities as required.9.
