Support the Emiratisation initiatives and activities through the company\'s annual business plans, policies and procedures for the departments and support divisional and organizational business strategy.Key Accountabilities\xef\x82\xa7 Emiratisation Programs: o Coordinating and supporting the Emiratization programs participants on Job rotation plans and their EIBFS, Internal & External training plans and to follow-up on their developmental trackers. o Coordinate NDP Program, manage booking, enrolments, and reminders, and follow action plans. o Track the progress of all employees in the Emiratisation programs. o Conduct meetings with Emiratisation Manager to review progress and address any issues/challenges. o Schedule monthly meetings with the all candidates and Head of Human Resources (HoHR). o Communicate and resolve any instances of candidates failing to complete program components. o Ensure attendance at required training sessions. o Check and update all trackers regularly to reflect accurate program data. o Hiring and selection of Nationals for Emiratisation Programs. \xef\x82\xa7 Career Fair & Open Days: o Coordinate for arranging career fair in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Universities and Colleges to participate in open days (With approvals). \xef\x82\xa7 UAE Events: o Support and Execute Celebration as planned. - Flag day- National day- Martyrs day- Any other UAE events. o Coordinate and follow up with the marketing team regarding Emiratisation events and initiatives. o Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth execution of Emiratisation activities. o Liaise with SMC to enhance and expand employer branding. \xef\x82\xa7 Emiratisation Monthly Progress and Challenges Report: o Ensure activities such as meetings, reports etc are completed timely and follow-up of same with relevant stakeholders. o Learn from best practices for keeping/ engaging Emirati Staff. o Join benchmarking groups, join conferences, meet with Emirati Employees and implement engagement actions. o Manage Emiratisation calendar. o Attend to inquiries from both internal and external nationals, offering assistance and guidance as required. Maintaining the Emiratisation CVs Database: o Source new CVs and organize the existing database. o Contact candidates to verify and update their information. o Ensure candidates have their CVs readily available. o Analyze and segregate CVs by location, experience, majors, etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Vendor Invoicing: o Manage Vendor Invoicing Timely, ensure 100% completion and payment made on time. \xef\x82\xa7 Emiratisation - Intranet page: o Ensure all Emiratisation material updated in the HR page, provide monthly report of the progress.Other AccountabilitiesOther AccountabilitiesJob ContextSupport Emiratisation initiatives/activities across the Bank.EducationMinimum University Graduate (Bachelor Degree highly desirable) in HR or related disciplineExperience and Skills
Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years\' progressive experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Emiratisation, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
Bilingual - Advanced written and verbal Arabic/English language skills.

Advanced Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building Skills.
Intermediate level MS Office Skills.
Professional HR qualifications/accreditations are highly desirable.
