Closing Date: Aug 16th 2024 MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To review and manage content for all customer-facing websites and ensure that the information displayed on them is accurate and current.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assists in ensuring that all content meets the prescribed brand/voice guidelines and supports site strategic objectives, including improving conversion and retention rates.
+ Develops and maintains all site content documentation, including all site assets, manifests, and owners.
+ Reviews content for all customer-facing sites, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and consistency with the brand message while maintaining a focus on the customer's needs.
+ Conducts periodic reviews to monitor site content, maintain time-sensitive material, menus, indexes and directories, and ensure the information displayed on the website is accurate and current.
+ Escalates any issues discovered for the relevant stakeholder on a timely basis to ensure minimum downtime to flydubai digital channels.
+ Manages creation/acquisition of all online content - including plain text, links, database content, images and video.
+ Coordinates with agencies to acquire necessary translations, proofread content, and update web and mobile sites via the content management system.
+ Maintains cross-functional relationships with Business units for content updates.
+ Provides advice and input on the latest trends and emerging technologies in UX and E-Commerce.
+ Recommends updates to processes that streamline content creation and review.
Qualifications

Minimum Education Level
+ Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Education Specific Requirement (if applicable)
+ Communications, English, Marketing or Information Sciences
Languages
+ Fluent in English & Arabic/Russian

Professional Experience
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in drafting/maintaining web content for a product-based company
Systems Knowledge (if applicable)
+ CMS knowledge preferred

ISR REQUIREMENTS
