Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant (3-4 Years Experience)

An Odoo Functional Consultant

The consultant would have expertise in both the technical and More experience in functional aspects of this system, offering a combination of business process knowledge and technical skills to bridge the gap between the business team and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise :
• Understanding Business Requirements : Gather and analyze business requirements for the implementation of Odoo, ensuring alignment with the business needs.
• Configuration & Customization : Configure the Odoo system based on the functional requirements, ensuring it supports processes like accounting, finance, or other business functions.
• User Training : Conduct training sessions for end users, helping them understand the functionalities and operations of the system
• Technical Expertise :
• System Integration : Work with development teams to integrate Odoo with other business systems CRM, Finance, Inventory, Project Management, Manufacturing, HR systems, etc.).
• Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the system.
• Testing : Conduct testing to ensure the system works as expected, identifying and fixing bugs or other technical issues.
• Client Interaction : Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear between business users and technical teams.
• Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into system requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Documentation :
• Functional Documentation : Create functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials for both technical teams and business users.
• Reports & Dashboards : Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for better decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience with Odoo 3-4 years of experience configuring and working with Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant , proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL , along with API Integrations , the role would involve more technical depth, where programming skills and database knowledge come into play.
• Techno-Functional Expertise : Understanding both the business process (functional) side and the technical (system configuration, coding, troubleshooting) side.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for the Odoo system and its integration.
• Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Certifications ( Helpful) :

• Odoo-Certifications : Any certifications related to Odoo .
• Project Management Certifications : PMP or other relevant project management certifications may be beneficial.
• Technical Python Coding Skills added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
