Job Description

Role Summary:

The Senior New Installation Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise throughout the sales process for new installations. This role will involve collaborating with sales teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure the successful implementation of the company's products and services.


Location: Dubai, UAE

Business Industry: Elevators, Escalators & Moving Walkways


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review inquiries and tenders for commercial and technical details; ensure the availability of all necessary documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist Sales Engineers with traffic analysis and other design-stage requirements.
• Clarify client requirements and finalize agreed-upon specifications and inquiries.
• Calculate material costs using existing tools or by sending inquiries to the factory once specifications are confirmed.
• Determine the total project cost, including local expenses (installation, local materials, etc.), and prepare a client quotation.
• Collaborate with departments such as Installation, Projects, Finance, and QHSE to compile all necessary information for submitting quotations/tenders, including arranging bonds and obtaining special approvals.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, or contractors alongside the responsible salesperson.
• Comply with all company safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• 5+ years of experience in Sales / Support Sales in the Elevator Industry.


o Experience in the Elevator Industry is a MUST.

• Strong technical background with expertise in the Elevator Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
