Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our enterprise infrastructure core team. Your role will be centered at protecting critical organization's digital assets including; servers, workstations, endpoints and critical applications. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective cybersecurity solutions to safeguard our systems, networks, applications and data from cyber threats.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role from a reputable organization. He / She will support the organization-wide cyber and information security program, lead ongoing implementation of security controls, and recommended corrective actions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Hands on experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Design, deploy, and manage DLP solutions to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or leakage of sensitive data across our network and endpoints. Monitor and analyze DLP alerts and incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate potential data breaches

2. Ensure organization's compliance to international cybersecurity standards/ regulations and industry best practices like ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-30, GDPR, UAE IA

3. Conduct regular vulnerability assessment and Patch management with applicable tools like IVanti ISEC, Qualys, Tenable SC. Etc. to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities and ensure timely mitigation with support from other technical teams.

4. Implement and maintain incident response plans and procedures (Part of IRT) to effectively respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents.

5. Monitor and analyze security events and alerts, and coordinate incident response activities to contain and eradicate security threats.

6. Hands on experience in Endpoint security management with a typical EDR solution to ensure timely malware detection & response, threat detection & response, anti-virus deployments in addition to monitoring all end point agent deployments and updates

7. Network access control (NAC) including agent deployment, authenticator management (TACACS & Radius), policy fine tuning & compliance monitoring among others.

8. Knowledge and hands-on experience in management of AV, IDS/IPS, Firewall, VPN, data encryption and other security products (Fort iGATE firewalls, Palo alto firewalls, McAfee endpoint security).

9. Fine tune firewall rules and policies with support from the core network and security team

10. Experience in SIEM solutions, creation of basic co-relation rules and administration of SIEM.

11. Should have expertise in TCP/IP network traffic and event log analysis.

12. Knowledge of ITIL disciplines such as incident, problem and change management.

13. Experience in implementation and management security tools.

14. Knowledge of IS Auditing and Compliance assessment against international standards like ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, PCIDSS etc.

15. Investigate, document and report on any information security issues as well as emerging trends. Participate in regular Risk and security controls assessment, GAP analysis and submit periodic security posture reports to senior management

16. Coordinate periodic penetration testing activities and develop corrective actions to bridge controls gap.

17. SSL certificate and SSH key management. Particularly monitoring SSH sessions and SSL certificate life cycle management.

Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Computer Science or Cybersecurity, BTEC

•Preferred Certifications: •

1. NSE4 or above (Fortinet) or

2. CCNA Security

3. DLP, ENS and EDR certifications

4. CEH

5. OSCP
