Our Group employs approximately 2000 people from 41 different nationalities, which contributes to our multicultural and multi-national environment.Job PurposeSr. Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and Securing ARG network.Job ResponsibilitiesIncident/Problem/Change Management:

• Install, support and maintain hardware and software/firmware infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, load balancers, link controllers, Wi-Fi controllers, and firewalls;
• Perform network security design and integration;
• Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints;
• Provide network and host based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management and administration;
• Implement the necessary controls and procedures to protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction;
• Provide network documentation;
• Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions;
• This is not a duty remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation;
• Support ARG & GIT Projects / Demands delivery;
• Support GIT security initiative, policies rollout and audits.

Job RequirementsQualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field; should have Professional level networking certifications;

Experience

• 5+ years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and controllers, and monitoring applications
• Intermediate to expert with configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and supporting of CISCO IP telephony, Call Manager, Cisco unity express, SCCP and SIP protocols/IP Phones;
• Comfortable documenting and explaining network topologies. Understand and diagram existing network. Diagram, explain and plan for future upgrades;
• Hands---on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, Web VPN, Any Connect, DMVPN, etc.)

• Ability to keep abreast with latest technologies;
• Strong English and communication written and verbal;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Team Player;
• Good coaching and training skills;
• Ability to Run advanced trouble shooting techniques and route cause Analysis (if not a main duty, otherwise it should be moved to duties) Technical Fluent with Run Advanced Troubleshooting techniques and Route cause Analysis;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
