We are looking for a SeniorNetwork Administrator to join our technology team at (BUNA) The Arab Regional Payments Clearing and Settlement Organization.The following sections detail the main qualifications, skills and responsibilities related to this position:Job Responsibilities:Security Design and Development\xc2\xb7 Develop and configure new systems within cloud and physical infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Participate in the design of security centric network and infrastructure solutions.\xc2\xb7 Ensure technical solution/design alignment with established security policies.\xc2\xb7 Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, and maintain documentation.\xc2\xb7 Maintain security baseline requirements for all IT systems.Network Maintenance and Improvement\xc2\xb7 Maintain existing software and hardware and manage all required upgrades.\xc2\xb7 Install, configure, and test infrastructure and network equipment and establish / maintain network connections as per requirements and specifications.\xc2\xb7 Implement disaster recovery to minimize downtime and ensure network resilience in case of failures or disruptions. Perform advanced programming system automation through scripting.Performance Management and Quality Assurance\xc2\xb7 Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendors.\xc2\xb7 Tune infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure with a focus on industry best practices.\xc2\xb7 Participate in the exploration of new technologies and proof-of-concepts.\xc2\xb7 Recommend, review, and implement new technology solutions.Network Support\xc2\xb7 Provide day-to-day 2nd and 3rd level engineering support to the operations team.\xc2\xb7 Lead problem management and regular troubleshooting efforts in resolving infrastructure issues.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance, and support.Operational Management\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain documentation. Perform daily IT tasks as assigned.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with vendors to develop, test, evaluate, and install new hardware and software in addition to upgrades.\xc2\xb7 Manage multiple vendors in the overall implementation of infrastructure projects.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement appropriate policies and standard operating procedures aligned to established policies and frameworks.\xc2\xb7 Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools, prioritizing monitoring, alerting, and routing of alerts for infrastructure and services.\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to availability requirements in contractual SLAs.\xc2\xb7 Participate in the procurement processes of infrastructure products and services.
