Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
Advise clients on mortgage products, interest rates, and terms.
Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
Stay updated on market trends, mortgage regulations, and lending policies.
Work closely with real estate agents and financial planners to generate leads.
Ensure compliance with all relevant mortgage laws and industry guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services.
Preferably from the mortgage or banking sector.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
