Experience: Retail & GCC experience in Fashion, footwear & accessories Location: Dubai, UAE Overview: We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic team. The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective merchandising strategies that align with our brand\'s vision and financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, with a passion for fashion retail and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies that align with our brand\'s vision and financial goals. - Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions. - Collaborate with the design and buying teams to ensure product assortment meets customer demand and brand standards. - Manage inventory levels and product distribution, ensuring optimal stock levels across all channels. - Work closely with the visual merchandising team to create compelling in-store displays and online presentations that enhance the customer experience. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry best practices to stay ahead in the market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery. - Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail industry. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. - Proficient in merchandising software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a team. - Deep understanding of the fashion retail landscape, consumer behavior, and market trends.
