Senior Mep Project Engineer
Job Description
a Reputed electromechanical company , based in UAE with HQ in Dubai is looking to hire a senior Project manager with at least 11-15 years of mep project management for large mep projects ranging from $15Million to $100Million
job responsibilities : deliver the project in time and cost
Must have knowledege and resourcing capabilities to stay at par with the main construction milestones. Should have experience to complete the project within the allocated time and within the budget
Only those with above capabilities of handling MEP projects of above values will be considered for next stage .
Must have a UAE driver licence . Working knowledge of HSE, PLANNING, PROCUREMENT, ESTIMATION, WORKER ALLOCATION, MANAGE THE SHOP DRAWINGS, AUTHORITY APPROVALS. The Candidate shall be Commercially competent and knowledge of FIDIC Administration would be an added advantage
Should be conversant in ENGLISH and ARABIC will be an Advantage
This position requires to be filled within 20-30 days maximum and only those candidates that are available may apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• mep project management: 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
• ENGLISH, ARABIC (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• UAE driving licence (Required)
