The Role
SENIOR PLANNER - MEP Salary 18-24,000 AED Per Month Plus Medical Have you handled MEP Sub Contracts as No1 Planner worth 100 Million AED + You will have a strong knowledge of the local UAE Market having worked for Main Contractors or MEP Sub-Contractors ? Focus will be working on a newly awarded Mixed Use Development based 5 Minutes drive from Dubai Mall. Project is worth circa 770 Million AED with around 25-35% of the value going into the Mech & Elec Packages for this project. The development has luxury retail outlets, F&B Facilities and an exclusive Spa & Gym Facility. The MEP Packages are currently being let so we want a MEP Planner that understands how sub-contractors operate, report and deliver on site. You will know the tricks of the trade to pull apart progress vs actual and costs vs reality. You will understand the trials and tribulations of the UAE market so will be able to add value quickly due to past experiences and learnings. This is not a role for someone fresh into the region! This client is looking for an MEP Senior Planner that has a track record on complex and challenging Design & Build Projects such as: Airport Terminals Hospitals High Rise & Residential Data Centers & Pharma Shopping Malls Hotels You will have a strong knowledge of the local UAE Market . Knowing developers, consultants and the supply chain. You will be able to sit on site as a No1 MEP Planner looking at all aspects of the program and build process. Have you handled MEP Sub Contracts as No1 Planner worth 100 Million AED + Client Head of Planning is Western, fair and very much about empowering his people & developing them Influential Shareholders & relationships across the UAE Main Contractor that can offer full turnkey solutions to clients 45 Years Successful trading & strong financial position

Requirements
Skills & awareness Communication skills ( Forget the sir/madam approach or interested as this grates the client more than us!!) Analytical and methodical approach to work Sound MEP Engineering background on site as a Project Planner P6 Software Client Criteria Track record in Main Contractors & MEP Sub Contractors in the UAE as a MEP Planner / Senior Planner ? Degree Educated - Mech or Elec with clear Engineer experience Minimum of 7 Years Post Graduate Experience Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with MEP Sub Contractors, Client and Consultant. Candidates must have prior UAE Experience This person will be able to start employment before the End of AUGUST 2024 absolute latest Solid employment periods & Employers as viewed by NSR Associates
